Firstly what are Vascular Blemishes?  Vascular blemishes are basically skin imperfections caused by abnormalities in the blood vessels. The blemishes can appear as red or purple spots, lines, or patches on the skin. Vascular Blemishes are caused by various factors such as  genetics, sun exposure, aging, hormonal changes, and certain medical conditions.
