I recently had a gentleman come to see me with a very small area of xanthelasma near his eye. For those who might not know, xanthelasma are small, pale yellowish patches that can appear around the eyes. They’re completely harmless, but they can sometimes be quite noticeable especially when it’s you looking at them in the mirror as such.
