Milia Clusters

Milia are something I see very regularly in the clinic, and most people are familiar with how they usually present: small, white, pearl-like bumps that sit just beneath the skin, often around the eyes or on the cheeks. However, what many people don’t realise is that milia don’t always appear as single, scattered spots. In some cases, they can form in what we often describe as “cluster milia”, where multiple milia sit closely together in one concentrated area, rather than individually.
